Based in Blackpool, Lancashire, TISS Ltd was formed by a team of hauliers with over 30 years experience to address some of the many problems affecting hauliers, such as theft of goods and fuel. TISS have sold in excess of 100,000 security systems to a number of blue chip clients including DHL-Exel, Wincanton, Christian Salvesen, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Littlewoods, Business Express, Nestle, NCP, 3663, James Nuttall and many other leading logistics companies.
TISS' innovative solutions has also seen them win a number of prestigious awards, including Siemens "Best New Product" in 2001, HSBC Start-Up Stars Finalist in 2002, Business Link "Business of the Year" 2003, BMF "Kill Spills" award in 2006.

Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, met with Brian Wholey, Technical Director and Ryan Wholey, Sales Director of TISS. Mr. Straw is supporting TISS in their efforts to establish areas of co-operation with Government agencies including Customs, Immigration and the Ministry of Defence.
